Commencing with a discovery session, we discussed the vision, requirements and specifications for the new Ultum site. INSPIRED then developed custom user experience design recommendations and planned the technical and information architecture required for the website project. Central to the project was communicating Ultum’s unique advantage in bringing together capability in condition and compliance audits with asset management skills to maintain and uplift any property asset.
The user interface design makes effective use of strong branding elements, colour scheme and visual storytelling, whilst clearly demonstrating to users Ultum’s end-to-end facilities management solutions. Ultum’s new site effectively communicates to a wide audience of decision makers via in-depth service and sector content.
A fully responsive site, the Ultum digital platform is search engine optimised, using best practice technical and keyword-based SEO principles. Google Analytics and the Google Search Console are integrated with the site, providing invaluable data on user experience and interaction. INSPIRED also provides ongoing website maintenance, ensuring the site is kept up to date with the latest brand imagery.
Additionally, INSPIRED also assisted with technical support, liaising with Ultum internal departments to ensure appropriate systems and IT infrastructure were in place to support the new digital platform.
